Clad in brilliant natural domestically sourced Indiana limestone, the Clare’s inviting appearance attracts passerby. NYMC enjoyed creating the custom cut and fabricated two inch treatment, lining the base of the building, highlighting an exquisite level of detail with its distinctive horizontal louvered look.

**Entering The Building**

Upon entering the building, the sea of perfectly formed and laid-out Bulgarian limestone welcomes visitors with its soft earth tones, that expands into the elevator and public hallways. As its centerpiece, the lobby features NYMC’s sourced and custom fabricated fine Italian Calacatta Gold marble service desk, with a modern wide span and angular design.

**Time To Relax**

For the penthouse master bathroom we sourced, custom fabricated and installed fine Italian Calacatta Gold marble slabs throughout. And, in The Clare’s remaining 65 luxury bathrooms we installed custom quartz vanity countertops with complimentary porcelain floor and wall tiles.

Aldo Shoes Retail Stores

Amid fellow upscale retailers on 5th Avenue in Manhattan, Aldo’s Flagship NYC store sought to create a new, striking facade and modern flooring along with wall accents. With our extensive portfolio and meticulous attention to detail, Aldo selected NYMC to execute their vision.

While the floor in Aldo appears as wood, it’s actually porcelain! The porcelain captures the ultra modern look of wood, with far easier maintenance and usability for a high-traffic retail store. Likewise, the matching porcelain tiles NYMC installed on the walls, adds an unexpected dimension and visually rich texture to Aldo’s interior, while also allowing for user-friendly maintenance and polish.

With an inspired retro-inspired design pattern, NYMC installed La Sirena’s intriguing floors and walls. which showcase Caesar-stone quartz.
